just a small update, it seems the phase II trials have started at the beginning of this month:

it's basically just another antidepressant, but it's made specifically for treatment-resistant depression. that doesn't mean it can't be used for regular depression, but I find it "courageous" to market it as that, because this obviously means that it has to outperform regular antidepressants already in the clinical trials.
I am very very interested in the development of these drugs, since NMDA antagonists like ketamine do show significant efficacy in TRD patients.
