Hi. Thanks for the replies guys.
It appears regardless of when I take ritalin the Parnate sedation occurs.
Yet recently I dont know why, maybe different manufacturer of my parnate as I had a refill but I am having a lot of SEVERE insomnia lately and Parnate sedation has possibly dissipated. I received zero sleep today and I think maybe few hours the day prior. This is becoming rediculous let I feel often having decent energu despite my black eyes. Yet still feel tired at times but unable to sleep.
But if the previous situation happens again and it has many times.... please offer me advice anyone.
> I've been taking Parnate for about 4 weeks now and have had a very similar experience. About 30 mins after taking a dose, I either get a "dull", lazy feeling, or the urge to take a nap. I've noticed that I get less of this feeling when taking 20 mg doses as opposed to 10 mg. It's improved maybe 40% since switching from 10 mg 3x/day to 20mg 2x/day.
