Lossing weigth on Nardil

Have anybody has succes with this ? What did you
do yo?
I gained 18 pounds and I cants go down .
In 10 years I havet found anythig to help with
this , only leaving the med for 2 or 3 month and I lose my weigth very quickly , I just need to do
a little excersice but not too much

Anybody has sucees with this?
