The family has a child with autism who has been taking a medication labeled "Dipieron, generic name Pipampernom." A refill is needed, but the family's new US doctor can't find out what the heck it is. Can anyone here offer assistance? I have searched various pharmaceutical databases online with no results.

For the record, the brand name is Dipiperone, and the drug name proper pipamperone. It's an older antipsychotic.

Current meds: 10mg melitracene + 0.5mg flupentixol; sertraline 50mg>>; amitriptyline 10mg<<; gabapentin (Neurontin) 700mg<<-; melatonin 0.3mg. PRN: diazepam (Valium) 2.5-5mg.
