i've smoked socially before and can attest that using the lozenges is completely different. smoking just left me feeling dizzy and sick. the lozenges seem to act as a psychostimulant without any negative physical effects. i'm guessing tolerance will develop to the euphoria/motivating effects pretty quickly though

i recall reading about someone who was planning on attempting the experiment. unfortunately, i'm not well versed enough in chemistry to understand the why's-and-how's.anyway, it's just an idea. i find nicotine's helpful enough in getting certain things done during the day, but obviously won't pan out as a long-term solution. unfortunately, my psych at the moment won't prescribe drugs, so it's the best thing i've got.
