No, not the reason - I felt it didn't help enough with my OCD. I was on it for six months, mostly at 150mg. I combined it with lorazepam (Ativan) every once in a while, with good results. It worked best though when I combined it with a low dose of clomipramine.

The caffeine interaction is a major reason NOW to be hesitant to start Luvox again.
