You could try something off-label like Tramadol or Memantine (neither worked for my OCD but I've heard some good anecdotal reports about both). I heard Abilify can help with obsessive stuff too, but that also didn't help my OCD hardly at all. Large does of Inositol (the supplement) helped me a bit with intrusive thoughts but didn't make much of a difference with the OCD overall.
