What about Nortriptyline and Zoloft as suggested by some here?

I think Effexor and Zoloft will be fine short and long term. You may need to lower the dose of one or the other or both but they should be safe together. Just stay under the close supervision of your doctor and really pay attention to any possible signs of serotonin syndrome. I actually think the Effexor/Zoloft combo has been talked about before here on pbabble.

Hopefully others will be able to answer your question more definitively.
