I wish you luck could you not stay on the same doses of meds? As they are not high. Do they work for you? Important as in my cased mine don't but don't raise stay at same as feel brain's adopted to this regime? I too would like to be med free but not possible as now thyroid condition and that's a med I must stay on. So depending on what med helps the most I'd taper the least effective first. Good luck.
