I can't answer your question regarding rls pathways. I'm wondering if dex has a short half life and that might make a trial less risky.

PS if you do decide to add it to your
regime, I've found the spansuals better than the IR for avoiding mood peaks and
valleys. (You did mention this on another post I think.)
