Effexor and Cold Weather

Does anyone else have a problem with drops in temperature and efficacy of Effexor? (or any other pills)

It never fails. When it gets cold outside I start to feel horrible. After a month or so of cold, it lifts.

Does anyone have an effective way to deal with this. Up the dose? Tanning Bed? etc?'
