Thanks Scott
Actually I think if I just felt better taking Nortriptyline I would have better more productive days that might translate to better sleep at night.
Been feeling somewhat better lately but I'm still intrigued by the notion of taking a very low dose of Nortriptyline and seeing how I feel on it. Since getting off Zyprexa I am not nearly as depressed and I've been able to wake up earlier. Things are no where near where they should be but I think I'm headed in the right direction. I still experience a hangover like headache associated with fatigue and anxiety. This may just be severe anxiety. Who knows. I do think some of the natural supplements I started taking are paying off along with getting back to the gym
Thanks again for your prompt response. It would be nice to getting back to sleeping great for 7 or 8 hours and being able to take a nap whenever I needed. For some reason I had this back when I took just Zoloft for 8 years. I think part of it is emotional/psychological and the other part is an alteration in my brain chemistry.
