Morning:
- Parnate 40mg
- nortriptyline 50mg

Afternoon:
- Parnate 40mg
- nortriptyline 50mg

Evening:
- nortriptyline 50mg


You could take Parnate morning and afternoon, and then take all of your nortriptyline in the evening.
