Hi,

Well my reactions might be different to yours as I don't suffer from bipolar. But over the years I have noticed that I do feel numb and detached the following two days after taking Zyprexa and then I feel more with it for the rest of the time, the anxiety is not as bad as it had been prior to taking it and I feel more confident. I feel more able to concentrate on other things other than myself.

However after about 7 days the weakness, listlessness, anxiety, irritability and suicidal thoughts start to come back.

I don't really like having to do it like this but I tried taking a small amount of Zyprexa for about 4 or 5 days on the trot and although I had more energy, I had absolutely no desire to do anything at all. I also felt really spaced out and numb all of the time (as you desribed).

This is why I was thinking maybe I should just take klonopin daily, at least until I go back on antidepressants.
