One thing I would say is that the side-effects do change with time. I am not as somnolent as I was before (but clearly it's not great).
However since Nardil's the only drug that has helped me, I am 100% willing to stick with it. I would never, ever give it up just because of these side-effects, I love it.
You could ask your doc about adding provigil. Apparently it's very effective at combating Nardil somnolence. Your PDoc might have to be rather progressive/adventurous to prescribe it though, since it's contraindicated.
