Night time peeing (a.k.a. Nocturia)

Hi all,
after a few months on Nardil I started waking up an increasing number of times to pee. This has recently become a problem since on bad nights I will go and pee 6 or 7 times.
Not only is this a PITA but on top of that, my snoring has increased in volume and frequency which not only wakes my missus but she then wakes me to stop my snoring! On top on top of that throw in daytime somnolence from the Nardil where I fall asleep at my desk even when I've slept well and you have a recipe called "frikkin' knackered all the time".
Anyone else experienced this night time peeing? not just on Nardil - in any situation? Any suggestions? I am currently avoiding all liquids 2 hours before going to bed, which helps a bit (still awoke 5 times last night). I went to the GP yesterday to eliminate other causes and he found nothing untoward.
Suggestions welcome!
