> I didn't have any luck with salt, it didn't make any difference to my BP. I was taking 500mg tablets, i tried 3 at a time but still no luck and it made my stomach hurt which wasn't fun.

I gave it a go and played soccer yesterday. Before playing I:
- drank 2 strong cups of tea (caffeine)
- drank 1 litre of water
- drank 0.5 litres of salt water (1 tsp salt)

and it worked a treat! It could have been another factor or just dumb luck but I could play and was the happiest man alive. OK, I was still a little wobbly and dizzy now and again but overall I could play. Brilliant. I am playing again tonight possibly so I will repeat the preparation and see how it goes.

Cheers,
Pete
