Well yes, you're right. And so the thread title may not be well-chosen, either. However, they did work with a distinct population, and usage was not for depression, per say. So I think it has nueroprotective properties (if I may use the word) by protecting any further damage from stress. They speak of patients eventually recovering from hyper-arousal--I'm not sure when that would apply to me (ha!). However, I was heartened to read that it 'could' put one into a healing zone. And for me (and the study) it didn't seem tolerance was an issue. Of interest, too was the dosing strategy they came up with.
Always looking how to prevent further damage and then, hopefully, maybe reverse some.
