I know where you are coming from. The only drugs which have had a major impact on my depression is the norepinephrine active ones. At the same time, these affect my heart as you mention.

Its funny, I had a very similar reaction to parnate. As I got up to about 40mg I started to have a major flux in blood pressure and heart rate after each dose. I was not eating any banned foods. I when to the clinic and they told me to stop. Its funny because it just started to work around the time my BP when up like that.
