You might have schizoaffective disorder. With this disorder, mania (with or without psychosis) comes first and leads to shizoid psychosis. However, I should think that clozapine would have knocked it out. Perhaps you need to focus on combining mood stabilizers (like lithium) and antipsychotics at the same time.
