I have looking at probiotics for some time and really am interested in where I would get them. I am really interested in getting the Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota. Any ideas? Thank you very much.

The Shirota strain of L. casei is found in fermented milk products. According to what I found, these brands contain L.c. Shirota: Danactive, Activia, Actimel, Yakult.
The reason john was asking is that there's a thread about this strain (and other probiotics) providing symptomatic relief in fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression.
