for a 15 mg tablet of buspirone the dividose means that the tablet is scored on both sides to be more easily split into smaller doses.

i.e. the 15 mg tablet is scored in half on one side and in thirds on the other side. that way it could be split into two 7.5 mg pieces OR into three 5 mg pieces. IOW a 15 mg tablet could be taken whole, in half at a 7.5 mg dose, or in thirds at 5 mg per piece dose.
