> Just wondering how many here get the side effect from AD's, especially ssri's where they find their jaw sort of clenching up or muscles in the jaw/face clenching up a bit. I get it all the time on AD's and my haw aches like crazy after a while but iam able to relax it if i want to but i need to be conciously keeping it relaxed.

The latter sound like causation is not necessarily causality. Sunlight is ubiquitous and omega-3s are found in most food in some quantities.

It sounds like some form of bruxism, teeth grinding, possibly to the point of TMJ.

Anxiety itself can cause this, a night guard might or might not be of help.

Might want to mention this to your doctor and possibly change ADs... it could be a rarer form of EPS.
