Tianeptine for Sexual Dysfunction

I am having good success with the med/supplement regime I have been taking awhile, but it has really taken a hit on the libido. Typical SSRI type problems. Is it possible to take a high dose ( 2-3 tablets at once) of Tianeptine or take it for a few days to get a break from this effect? Or would you have to take it for awhile?

I read Tianeptine dramtically reduces serotonin and NA pretty quickly and increases DA. This seems like it would be pro -sexual. Thanks for help
