Hi,
I've been on Nardil for at least a decade now. I've tried every dosing schedule there is, including 90mg-all at once, in the evening. None of the dosage timing made any difference for me.I believe that most of the side effects of Nardil are caused by the inhibition of MAO itself. A small change in dosage, such as 15mg has always taken weeks to show any effect on my depression or social anxiety symptoms. That same small change also takes weeks before I notice any changes in the side effects of the medication. For me any sudden change is a placebo effect.
At 75 to 90mg of Nardil I have almost complete inhibition of MAO. This takes a couple of weeks to change and thus timing of dosage, for me, has seemed to have no effect.

I do tend to get more of a response dip in the afternoon though. 60mg nardil worked really well for 2 weeks then quit (or became quite subtle) for weeks 3 and 4...i'm hoping dose timing may give a kick back response in case it quits again.
