CAN I TAKE SEROQUEL ON PARNATE?

I think the remeron I'm supposed be taking at night for sleep is causing horrid and vivid dreams. Is it o.k. to take seroquel on parnate?

Hopefully will be switching to parnate in a couple of weeks and don't want to take the seroquel if it will keep pdoc from prescribing me the parnate. It's not an ssri, correct?
