> Thanks, X.I don't know about Australia, but if you should run into some serious trouble say on a European vacation (hopefully you have taken out some traveller's insurance of some sort) and are prescribed medication of whatever sort, you are allowed a 90 day supply of importation of said medication into the US, provided it isn't on the Schedule I list. As for other controlled substances, I don't know exactly how customs handles it. For the US, I would get a confirmed letter from the doctor in country X, just to be sure.
