I sort of remember reading Doluepin has the least antimuscarininc sides of the dual-uptake TCAs, but with ssris and snris thats rather moot. I'd probably ask your doctor if you could switch to one of those options.
I think doctors end up using drugs they've used in the past to good effect. It sounds like the anticholinergic effect really hits you hard though.
