Hmm... I hadn't heard that one but I know that if your urine is solidly bright yellow other than if you just took a vitamin or something, you're not getting enough fluids daily. The kidneys are working overtime to process waste.
But all of this is hard to tell if you've never had a baseline (your norm) in a physical some previous years back, just like other tests that are performed
As for myself -- well white when I've drunk a lot of fluids and more color when I haven't in general.
