I have used low doses of Nefazodone for years to augment the effects of SSRIs/SNRIs. It's a great hypnotic/anxiolytic. However, beware of the initial side effects of excitation/agitation/irritability. These side effects are most likely related to its active metabolite (m-CPP). However, for most people, these effects are transient as the parent compound begins to take effect. Also, realize that any time you increase the dosage, you might have a similar adjustment period.JB
