Effexor, Brain Fuzz, and Antihistamines

Hi all. Long time no post. Hope everyone is OK.

I know that many on this list have recommended antihistamines for taking the edge off during Effexor withdrawl / weaning.

But do any of you have experience with using antihistamines to ward off the effects of brain fuzz? You know, that feeling that Effexor gives you that your brain is not connected to the rest of you, that you can't think straight, that your ability to process is impaired....

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
