Any ideas?

Here's what I take daily:
20 mg Cymbalta (dropped down from 40mg about six weeks ago)
250 mg Lyrica (was 3 in the morning and 2 at night of 50mg each, but two weeks ago was changed to 100mg in the morning, 100mg six hours later, and 50 mgs six hours after that.)
2mg Klonopin (used to be as necessary, but changed to .25 4x per day when Lyrica dosage was changed, two weeks ago.)
25mg Trazadone nightly

Since the Lyrica change, I have been beyond anxious. Jittery and not able to concentrate.
Anyone know why? I know w/the Cymbalta lowered, I'm more my old self, and maybe this is my anxiety-ridden old self?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
