I would be curious to hear how it is working for you after a week or 2 and after a month etc.
I tried it for 8 days and today being the last day (no script - no more - doing my own little trial), the tolerance has increased a lot. Today it is not even doing much at all for me after doing great the firt few days, and it doesn't last nearly as long as it did - and thats just in 8 days!
Of course I did make some mistakes that could help cause that like taking another dose late afternoon/early evening to deal with Paxil withdrawal, waiting for the Paxil to work agian as I started it agian. Also, I started out day one wrong too. I knew about the delayed effect and how it had to be motabilized but I still wasn't patient enough since the night I decided to try it was after over eating (probably delayed it even longer), so after a couple hours I took another 75mg (mistake!). After a while, I felt really good the rest of that night (I figured I would just stay up one night and then sleep the next night). The first couple days/nights ended up being pretty off schedule without sleep but then after I started doing it right and sleeping etc it was more meellow but still worked good. Then the last few days its effectiveness has gone downhill fast. I also think that overlapping a dose (taking more than one in a day) probably increases tolerance since there is an extra high level durring the overlap.
The other factor for me is that I have a very addictive brain/pysiology and so I wonder how much tolerance increase would have happened anyway.
Its pretty depressing for me. Anti-depresants don't do much, but if I get off them I am super miserable. The first few days of Vynase was wonderful (as well as times I tried Adderall),. My PA at the local shrink center would never give me a script with my history of drug abuse. I could try to find a doc that would but thought I would try it without a script and decide for myself if the addictive nature would be much of a problem.
At least with Adderall does can be increased but since they made this so somehow you can't really be effected by more than 135 to 150mg, it has left mehigh and dry. If I can ever try it one more time, I will make sure I just take the 75mg and see how well it works after a week.
This whole thing kinda sucks because I really can't afford the arm and leg I had to pay for the stuff on the street. Not only is there obviously no coverage, but I probably paid at least twice as much as it would cost at a pharmacy. And all to give me a huge tease of how well I could feel in life if I was somebody other than me.
