A stomach H2 blocker might be of help. Or maybe its just the bubbles that's disturbing you. You wouldn't know unless you tried pure seltzer.
I'm not so sure that coca cola would be a pro-stomach drug where most of your serotonin receptors are unless you're talking about the turn of the century when it did have cocaine in it and probably was promoted for everything. Rather real ginger beer (non alcoholic), a British / Caribbean creation, or just ginger itself (not the processed sushi ginger, I doubt there's much left) is a weak 5HT3 blockade.
I mean anybody can be allergic to something but I have a feeling it could be the caffeine that's stirring your stomach.
Diet caffeine-free coke is the only one made by coca cola that doesn't have caffeine to my knowledge. I drink it anyhow. But there's always sprite or other drinks, some root beers, etc.
But I think this is a sidebar to what I do agree with other posters, a trial of an agent has to be longer than a week, and maybe your receptors have to be given time between changing, I don't know.I know its hard to be patient about having mental illness -- its been many years fighting my own problems, but I'll stop there with transference.
