Nardil + Dexedrine + Caffiene OK?

I was taking 10 mg of dex three times per day, and drinking a double shot of espresso at work. It made me a work horse.
I just started Nardil, and my doc obviously cut my dexedrine in half to 5 mg three times per day.
Is it still ok to drink my double shot?
