allergic reaction to sulpride im having rash

its been 6 weeks on Sulpiride now
next to my nose on the left side its red line
we recently since last thursday upped my dose to 3 times 200 mg instead of 2 times
could this be an allergic reaction to it? is it dangerous? im already feeling not well, i really can miss this

oh im sad :(
