you might try luvox. The sig-1r agonism is supposedly good in psychotic depression. There are some studies suggesting that it lowers the required dose of AP to have an effect. I.e. lower doses meaning fewer side effects.
In the past, I have had what they call 'mood congruent delusions'. I.e. when I get very depressed I start to think things that aren't true, and somtimes doesn't make any sense. When my mood improves my thinking makes more sense and goes back to normal.
Anyhow, you might experiement with certain supplements. Vitamin C is good for schizohprenia as is omega-3. Folic acid supposedly helps too.
They can also help depression.You might also have a temporal lobe psychotic disorder. Have you ever had an EEG scan? Somtimes you can have an abnormal EEG which causes hallucinations. In this case meds like tegretol or depakote are usually needed to control symptoms.
