Strangely, I've had the opposite reaction (sexual) than you dcuik518. The "O" was hard work on Paxil but everything is back to normal on Pristiq.

One thing Pristiq is doing for me is making me very productive. I was in day-long training for 4 days this week and I really got a lot out of what should have been a boring class. For that reason alone I would want to continue taking it but it has areas that it doesn't work in. Depression management is good but the anxiety thing feels like its untreated.
