TD with Ritalen(sp)

I started Ritalen last fall. All other meds remained the same. Soon after I find myself rocking a bit when I am sitting down with out realizing it. Over the last month my left hand and arm have started trembling. It happens when I use the computer or hold a book to read mostly but I've experienced it other times too.
I'm also on Risperdal, Effexor XR, Lamictal, Ativan and lacix. Any thoughts?
