For weight loss, you can try metformin, and as potentially more effective alternatives to bupropion, methylphenidate and modafinil. Zonisamide can also be effective for weight loss - I just read about it a few minutes ago.

As for replacing Nardil, the best bet would seem to be Marplan, as it's the most similar. Other MAOI options include selegiline (oral or transdermal) and rasagiline.

If you haven't tried memantine, that may be an interesting option.

I suspect you've tried just about everything else.
