is this epilepsy or worse?????

hi, i think i have some form of epilepsy induced by meds, im off some and it still remains
symptoms: when i lie on my bed with my head and bak downwards, i dont have it but when i turn left and try to sleep it starts, a buzz feeling in my head that seems to want me to fall and forces me to freak out and fall down into my bed.. it has happened every time now, also i hear in my head the sound of blood flowing, i mean sounds strange but, i have it more since the summer i took lamictal and got all this...

so is this some form of epilepsy that i'm having now, im starting to get worried, it has to do with my sleep
every time i try to lie left or right to try to sleep i get these small attacks :(
