Need Seroquel add on...

I am currently taking 50 -75mg of Seroquel at night which really helps me sleep. It also helps a little with anxiety and depression. But lately, due to a lot of family issues I have been suffering with depression and anxiety again.
SSRIs & SNRIs give me bladder pain and frequency. Is there something I can add to the Seroquel that will help my depression and anxiety?
I'm really doing horrible right now.
