Those are all good supplements. In this case I would not be concerned with serotonin syndrome. I would be more concerned with not knowing what is doing what, which means it might be wise to start each one at a time and give each one two weeks so you know what it feels like before adding something else.
Some people get rapid results from SJW, while others don't feel anything for 8 to 12 weeks. You gotta stick with it. You have chosen an excellent brand of SJW, the same one used in many European clinical studies. Kira is the LI160 formula. At sjwinfo.org, a sjw forum, some people do best on the high quality brands while others don't. Some instead do very well on the cheap store brands of WalMart or RiteAid but not on the good brands. Doses vary a lot too. Some do fine with 150mg or 300mg, while others need 600mg to 900mg, and a few even go up to 1800mg. What time of day you dose it, or whether you take it all at once or spread out, seems to make a significant difference too, and it varies from person to person. Just have to experiment.
