You'll note a rather diverse list of medical treatments that might be considered. It's completely trial and error to see if you can find something that helps. Taking an NSAID like naproxen 20 minutes before exposure might be all it takes.

The variety of other sensations you describe suggest that there might be some kind of neuropathy developing. You should probably mention this all to your doctor.
