I just started lithium about 2 weeks ago and went up to 300 last night. Did you have any side effects in the beginning? I know it's been 30 years, so you might not remember. I feel hungover and have really bad insomnia. I take it at bedtime and usually end up going to the bathroom 5-6 times after that (is that normal?). Also, do you take it all at once or throughout the day?
