It really depends on the specific meds involved -- the mechanism for the sexual problem matters.
That said, if this is similar to the SSRI related problems, an old antihistamine called cyproheptidine helped me. It blocks the serotinergic effects of SSRIs for a period of time, during which you can yell and scream all you like. Apparently it doesn't work for everyone, but if it works for you, it'll be apparent right away. You take it the way you would Viagra or the others -- about fifteen or twenty minutes before you want the effect, you take a pill. No fuss, no lasting effects -- although you wouldn't want to take it too often, as it does counter the effects of the serotinergic medication you're taking it with. I had no problem taking it a couple of times a week, though.
