The meds. you mention are all things I've tried myself. However I recall that combining amisulpride and tianeptine induced a prolonged dysphoric state in me that lasted months. I also read on David Pearces research site ( www. biopyschiatry.com) that substantial reinstatement of depressive symtoms could follow from combining amisulpride and SSRI's ( even though tianeptine, is an accelerator of Serotonin), something to do with sensitization of dopamine receptors following ssri use. It's all rather obscure to a layman like myself, but I'd never combine these two again based on how I felt . David Pearces site was the non plus ultra for relaible info on these potentialy hazardous drugs. Pity that it's no longer available( as of quite recently) I haven't yet found out why.Good luck with your regime.
