Actually, from reading your posts recently, I suggest something more radical:
1. Get a second opinion from another, qualified psychopharmacologist. Ask for a detailed outline of a recommended treatment plan.
2. Follow that treatment plan, with supervision from a qualified psychopharmacologist.
3. I think you know what number three is, but just to make sure there's no misunderstanding, here it is: find a good therapist.
You seem to have trouble with fairly pronounced variations in your moods over the course of a day, and you certainly have trouble coping with day to day stressors. I don't think Wellbutrin would be a good candidate under the circumstances. I also think -- as has been suggested at other times by a variety of posters -- that perhaps you'd do much better with a mood stabilizer.Good luck.
