What are your reservations about the 1mg/kg Nardil thing? As you say, it's not for everyone. I think if one is having side effects, that might be a reason not to push the max, or if very significant improvement is seen at a lower dose, there might be no need to increase. But the 1mg/kg is a dose that is shown in research to generally be safe and effective. If I were taking less than that and still had symptoms but was tolerating the med well, I would want to push to 1mg/kg.
