Any of those meds could cause your symptoms. It is possible it is a temporary adjustment, but it sounds severe enough to report it immediately and to not take it lightly. If it is serious, there could be permanent damage going on right now.

The problem is that all the meds have been changed in the last week or so. It is impossible to know which is doing what.

If it were me, I would immediately go back to my previous meds and doses, stabilize there until the pains go away, and then add a new med or increase the dose of a med one at a time, with each change spaced at least 2 weeks apart from each other.

Make one change at a time. Do not make any more than one change in a two week period. That way you will know what is doing what. For now, I would call my doctor and get back to where I was, regroup, and start over more carefully.
